"I posted an initial review on 2/21/19 on a job done on 1/11/19 to fix groundwater from coming into our basement. The drainage system and sump they installed was not collecting all the water that was coming in, as we had leaking from several areas along an uneven rock ledge. I had reached out to our salesperson by phone and email and never heard back, so I was very frustrated. About 3 weeks after I posted the review, I did get a call from Jeff Allen, one of the supervisors. To make a long story short, he sent out one of their waterproofing specialists to look at the problem. We had already hired an independent mason to try to remedy the problem but he had not yet had a chance to do the job. Jeff convinced me that CT Basement systems would do absolutely whatever it took to fix my water problem. I cancelled the independent mason. Danny, a mason from CT Basement Systems came out and used a very ingenious method to divert all the water to the originally installed water guard trough and then to the sump. It is working beautifully!! I think Danny is a genius and I am so impressed and thankful for Jeff's perseverance and kindness in making this happen. I am now a very happy customer."

"I haven't had any issues whatsoever since, whereas I was continually dealing with the tub drain running slow."

"Roots had compromised the septic drain line out of the house. Danny efficiently diagnosed the problem, patiently explained both the problem and available options to correct the issue. As he proceeded to provide the necessary service, he explained his actions and answered all of our questions and concerns. Before leaving Danny explained what to expect in the future; to include easy to follow preventive actions. His performance far EXCEEDED our expectations. I could not be more satisfied!"

"Great experience with Jade Construction and would absolutely hire them again. I had a drainage issue in my backyard and it made it hard to get the equipment in without destroying my whole yard. Jason was patient even though I had to reschedule a meeting twice early on, and acted quickly when conditions were dry enough to do the job. He installed a drain system and leveled out the land and both have helped a ton. Professional, helpful, and did a great job."

"TPK LLC did an amazing job unclogging my kitchen drain. They were professional, quick, and got everything flowing perfectly again. Great communication, fair pricing, and excellent service. Highly recommend!"
