"We had Mr David Saunders clean the carpeting in my mother’s home. Mom is 102 years old and lives at home. Mr Saunders was not only a gentleman, he spoke up so my mother could hear him. He treated her with utmost respect as he deep cleaned her carpeting. We are delighted with the result. The carpets are clean and sanitized and the house smells fresh. "these girls are trained to do what they are supposed to. There is no nonsense to it... they come and are polite, and just start from top to bottom , they don't stop for a break, they are wonderful, clean up, and are finished within 2 hrs. "Pick up was within 1 hr of scheduled time , drop off was several days later than estimated. This is a very specialized service so I do not have a benchmark for the price, So I don't know if it was a good value, but the carpets look great."

"I had a lot of additional cost. It ended up at $1500. They only cleaned three, for the big deal. And then, I had a thing that they put in to make sure that the air stays clean. They said I had a humidifier on my furnace and they said that it had to come off. And then, they said you can get a much better one and then they kind of disappeared and they didn't talk about it or really sit down and have a conversation with me. I'm not even sure why they had to take it off or what they did."
