"Pat promptly responded to my inquiry for carpet cleaning. The estimate for cleaning the carpet was very reasonable and Pat was able to schedule a date for services which worked for both of us. Received a reminder phone call from Pat the night before which I appreciated. The next morning Jay gave me a 15 minute heads up phone call and was prompt in getting to my home. When he arrived, Jay explained the cleaning process and examined the carpet for any special cleaning needs. He then got to work. Was very pleased that I had no soggy carpets when the work was done (as had occurred with prior cleaners) and was able to get everything back into place the next day. The carpet looks great.

"Pick up was within 1 hr of scheduled time , drop off was several days later than estimated. This is a very specialized service so I do not have a benchmark for the price, So I don't know if it was a good value, but the carpets look great."

"It worked out okay, except that I would have anticipated, the cost just gets more. They always find those things, so it starts at $99 and end up spending $300 or $400. People tell me they always find mold inside your air duct, so they have to put a chemical. They call it a total cleaning as opposed to the regular cleaning which I paid for. What they did seemed to have worked. I have suspicions about when they find other things. "
