"They repeatedly failed to meet their scheduled appointments, resulting in multiple reschedulings before they eventually arrived at around 6pm for a 2pm appointment on November 14, 2023. Upon their late arrival, it was discovered they lacked the necessary wiring for the job, necessitating a trip to purchase additional supplies. The majority of the work was completed after 11pm, at which point it was revealed that they were missing a ground rod, essential for finishing the job. The contractors assured they would return at their earliest convenience to install the ground rod, which did not require my presence at home, and requested full payment for the whole job. I paid, trusting in their word. However, over four months have passed since that date, and my attempts to contact them have been futile, leaving the job incomplete."

We?ve had nothing but issues since. The speakers are constantly out of sync, requiring cyclone to send someone to fix frequently. Then after less than 12 hours of total play the speakers all started a loud buzzing noise that would not stop. Turns out the $2k amplifier they sold us died, effectively killing the entire system until we replace it with another $2k amp. On top of that they sent us a bill for the tech who had to come shut the system off just to stop the buzzing. Our system is now useless until we pony up another $2k, less than 3 years after the initial installation. I recommend getting your a/v work done elsewhere. "
