I don't have a landline. I think they are expensive. I don't think they are any better or any worse than anybody else. I haven't had to deal with them except when they set it up. There are not a lot of choices out there. They could lower prices, and be more competitive on the prices. $150 would be affordable.

They got here when they said they were going to get here the first time. They place data caps on their internet packages. I cancelled my cable, I only have internet and basic cable because I stream everything but they place caps on the data for broadband so I get that cap and incur usage charges. And I have experience with Comcast in markets where they have competition from other providers, they don't have data caps.

They were awful. They give you these cheaper rates, and then after a year, they almost double.

All big companies use over seas people when you call, They have a hard time understanding me. I have a southern accent and they have an accent. Their prices are comparable with other prices. They are pretty good about responding.

It ticks me off they treat new customer better then old ones. Especially the TV prices, it is ridiculous. The service is decent. Their stuff is good they just charge way too much.

They are terrible. I can’t say anything good about them. It’s really a shame because some of the people that come out here are really nice but I’ve had surgery recently and my only comfort level was my TV and something happened to it on a Saturday and when we called them to have somebody come out and they said no. It will be Monday from 1 to 3. They could not possibly send anybody out on a Sunday or even at Saturday or early on Monday. It was just awful. No matter what I said, no matter what I did, they just wouldn’t be accommodating. We ended up talking to India and when we asked for someone in the United States, they hanged up on us.

I was happy with them until they moved out of my town, so they refused to pick of the cable box and tried to charge me for it. That was the only thing that angered me.

Sometimes it's difficult to get an appointment for someone who's actually working. Usually it's only on the weekends that are available for the working people. Sometimes the Saturday could be booked up so they come the following Saturday.

I use Comcast. It's the only cable provider where I live. When you call for service English is not the first option of language you have. I have had multiple service calls with them when it goes out it is frustrating. Interactions were mid to poor. I think it's better now that it's automated. The quality of the cable is good.

Their customer service is horrible and their internet is sketchy. It is supposed to be high speed but sometimes it works and sometime it doesn’t. If you call customer service they just don’t do anything about it.

Different aspects of it vary a lot. The price is outrageous. My contract is almost up and I'm going to change. Sometimes it's good and sometimes it's terrible.
