The small unit dropped the humidity to around 50% in less than an hour. Incredible performance and have me peace of mind and peace and quiet downstairs. Temperature dropped gas as well. "Response to my query was immediate. Husband and wife team, Gisele and Amir, came out to the house and wrote down all the things I needed done around the house. The jobs were many and varied and ranged from replacing basement windows, to creating backing for my lower kitchen Lazy Susans (so things don't fall off in oblivion), to staining a deck railing, to repainting basement and outside concrete walls, to reglazing and caulking windows, to creating a trap door for the plumbing, to sealing off/covering some dangling electrical wires, to patching a hole in an inside wall, and more. I got a full 4-page written quote ahead of time and was satisfied with it so I had them begin work right away. I left the house for a few days to go on a business trip and when I came back ALL of it was done and everything was cleaned up. "Plow and Property has completed several projects for us on a very old and neglected rental property and we are so glad we found them. The first job was a vacant house clean out. The house was left in truly appalling condition. The cleaning crew worked and worked and worked so hard and so long I was telling them to stop. They made a filthy house fresh and pleasant again. I would not have thought it could be restored to such a fresh condition. The next job was replacing the old casement windows which were rotted wood frames in crumbly 1950â s cement. They not only repaired the window foundation area but other foundation ugly spots as well and put in beautiful new sturdy basement sliding windows. They also re-dug and replaced the adjoining window wells which were undoubtedly the original wells and were falling apart. Regraded the foundation area around the wells and reseeded without being asked. While they were in the basement doing the windows they cleaned a bunch of that up too so itâ s no longer a horror movie waiting to be filmed down there. Everything they did was simply above and beyond. Wesley Vercosa has returned my many questions and concerns with lots of information and smiles, bless him. My retired husband worked in construction for many years and he is happy and impressed with the work. We are planning more work with them already."
