I accepted the estimate and arranged a time for the work to be done. Once again Rob showed up on time prepared to do the work. He complained the job in the amount of time given. The work that was done was well done and very professional. He was very helpful and easy to work with. Also he was able to answer any questions that I had. "My review of the work I have had done by Thomas Gianni & Sons Inc.. They really did a great job of working on my property. I call their office and asked to get some excavation of removing a couple of tree stumps in my yard and to put down approx. 20 yds. of gravel in an area near my shed. It was just about three or four days and they call me back to confirm to come out the next day, June 22. Their employee came by early in the morning and went over all the project. Figured out what equipment he needed and measured up for the materials and started the work about an hour later. He was very cautious and caring about minimal damaging to the yard. After removing the stumps he graded the surrounding area with the machine to the point where I only needed to rake it out to plant new grass. The gravel was put down flat and clean; not a mess. I would definitely hire them again."

"I called him on the 14th and asked him how much it would cost to install gfcis and he said 50 dollars and a service fee of 175 dollars. I said fine and to come the next day. On the 15th he came without the hardware to install the gfci so I had him fix a circuit breaker and light switch. He said he would come the next day to install the gfcis which he did and he fixed a power outlet. The gfcis took 30 minutes and the other electrical work took an hour. His hourly rate is 150 and the cost of installing the gfcis is 50 dollars plus the service charge was 175 so I expected to pay 375. Instead he charged me 935.27 and when I argued he said he would seek litigation. Under duress I paid him by credit card 935.27"

Ken contacted us promptly, was available quickly and had a very fair price.
