He was more helpful and knowledgeable about the exterior doors that I wanted to purchase and install than the employees at the local lumber yard where I wanted to purchase them. Thankfully, he interceded on my behalf to insure that I got EXACTLY what I wanted from the door manufacturer. During the 6 week lead time that the doors were being manufactured, he kept in contact with weekly updates as to when we could expect delivery then scheduled an installation date that worked for me and performed a flawless installation.
