In my case it took him nearly two years to show up to finish the job. In the meantime, he offered numerous excuses for the delay over and over again, but nearly two years? Then, to make matters worse, he showed up this morning without notice and offered to leave if I didn’t want him to finish so I accepted. If I could rate him a ZERO I would."
