"We worked with Wyn Collective to furnish and stage several of our Airbnb properties, and the experience was incredibly smooth. They really understood how to balance style with durability and functionality for short-term rentals.
Everything was handled thoughtfully and efficiently, from furniture selection to final styling. The spaces came together beautifully and photographed great, which made a noticeable difference in our listings.
Most of all, the process felt easy. Communication was clear, timelines were met, and our budget was respected. I would absolutely recommend Wyn Collective to anyone staging an Airbnb or looking to stage for sale."

"From the very start Ronda took the time to speak with us at great length on the phone and at our residence. It seamed to us like no matter how much time we needed she had that and more. Ronda took the time to get to know our taste and the things we liked and did not like and put together a presentation that blew us away. It was exactly what we wanted, as if she saw our vision even though we did not see it ourselves. Ronda gave us what we truly wanted not what other designers liked or had excess inventory of. She worked hard and with many late nights to make sure all contractors were lined up to complete the job on time. If fact 3 days ahead of schedule and ON BUDGET. I would and plan on using her services for our Kitchen, Laundry room and building an addition that will act as a mudroom. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a professional home designer that understands efficiency, quality and a keep eye for price and design. "
"It is a waste of money. The great majority of people are not going to find any value out of the service. If you need design consultation, you need a full service consultation. If you already have knowledge and experience, and you just need to get a few ideas, then you don't need to pay for that. You can just get a magazine or a book since you already have the knowledge of basic designs in your head or a little bit of experience. To have someone call you and give you information over the phone, you are not getting the personal service that you need. You may as well take the money $49 and apply it to something else like getting someone else to come out and give you the service that you need. Because, you are not getting much, you are not getting anything at all. They are going to have you do the work. After talking to them and I was talking to other home designers, I found out that that was a waste of time and waste of money. I gave them a C because they didn't fail at what they do but they don't offer any value for what they do. There's not much value to it. The cost was fair. They didn't do a terrible job and the cost isn't terrible, it was only $49. It just has a very low value. For responsiveness I gave them a B because they will answer your phone and answer your emails."
"Tim did a great job with our bathroom remodel-the job was done professionally and within a reasonable timeframe. We are planning to have T H Moore do our next home improvement project based on our experience."
Fresh baseboards can increase a home’s value because they refresh the look of your walls. This can make a good impression on buyers and potentially boost your home’s resale value. This is particularly helpful if your existing baseboards are in bad shape, which can age the look of your walls.
Consider also investing in the cost to install shoe molding for an extra-polished look that can further boost resale value.
In most cases, selling a home in as-is condition will lead to a sale price that’s somewhere between 10% and 30% lower than normal. However, it’s often worthwhile to sell at a loss because the alternative would be to pay for the repairs yourself, which could end up costing you more. Even if they didn’t, selling as-is saves you from the time and energy you’d spend coordinating the repairs.
Avoid using a home equity loan for non-essential or short-term expenses like vacations, luxury purchases, or temporary financial fixes. It’s best to reserve home equity loans for long-term investments, such as home improvements, that can add value to your property or financial position.
Costs depend on home size, number of rooms staged, duration of staging, and furniture rental needs.
DIY staging is possible, but professional services enhance buyer appeal with expertly chosen furniture, layouts, and colors.
