"Matthew was very quick to get back to me and get the job done right. I had a leaking toilet that was not seated correctly so it ruined the floor beneath. I had this issue fixed 3 times before. Matthew came out and replaced the flooring underneath it and now it sits correctly on the floor and no longer leaks. I would definitely have them come back if I had any other plumbing problems"

"Our 60+ year old well tank started to leak (original to house, used only for outside watering). Eric came to price out the replacement of the tank. Because we have an existing bleeder system, the newer tanks with bladders were not a fit. Eric took extra time to assess our situation to make sure we got the right tank kind and size for our needs. We very much appreciate the extra time he took to "get it right" and to explain things to us. He was later able to return, replace our tank and remove our very old and large tank. We value his attention to detail and patience, and we appreciate that as this is his business, he takes pride in his reputation. We would definitely recommend his company to others."

"Don't trust this company if you are looking for them to stand behind their work and fix an issue after installation. They will take your money quickly, but will not be quick to respond or fix the issues after installation. We had a Rinnai tankless boiler/ Hot water heater installed by J & M Plumbing and it failed/ started leaking after just over a year of being installed. After paying almost $10,000 for this replacement you would expect quality work. After reaching out to Michael to get it resolved we are still waiting for a response on when the unit can be fixed. We have had to contact Rinnai directly to get this resolved and hire another plumber. Save yourself the frustration and look for another company. Please learn from our experience Check our other review sites and the complaints on the BBB website you will find many more dissatisfied customers. I hope this helps someone else from making the same mistake we did."
