They are the worst Management company ever. The owner of the company Lawrence Levy is at best incompetent and at the worst a crook.He hires mostly hacks to do any maintenance and it usually has to be done 2 or 3 times.
He has stolen electricity by tapping into 1 home owners unit's power without consent,when caught he switched it to another home owners permission to run a sump pump.We now pay that home owner $120 a year for the privilege of using there power for a sump pump that never runs, and if it did run would cost about $2 a month..The foundation in the common basement area still leaks.There is a on going mold issue due to this that he refuses to address.He never returns phone calls. He targets the home owners that stand up to him in my case they over trimmed the tree in front of my unit then cut it down actually lowering the value of my home among other things.
Don't take my word for it do some research.but your best bet is to stay far away from him and his incompetent team.
DO NOT HIRE HIM,,DO NOT BUY PROPERTY THAT HE MANAGES.. I currently am starting legal action as well as having the health inspector come in due to the mold issue.
I will update this after the legal action has finished.
