Tim was wonderful. I put in this project on a Saturday night after finding mold behind a piece of furniture in my finished basement. The next morning Tim already reached out looking to set up an appointment Monday morning. Over the phone he explained the possible process of this project and put me in the books first thing Monday morning. He arrived right on time, looked at the area, and again explained everything. After about 15 minutes of doing his inspection, Tim gave me two estimates, which were both fairly priced. I selected the estimate that worked best for me, and Tim got working right away. Throughout the project, he continued to update me with what he was doing and what he had left. From when Tim arrived to when he left, it took him roughly 3.5 hours for the whole project. He did an excellent job, and I would recommend him to anyone.

Water Fire Fix came and did their job. I highly recommend them for anyone with any water damage. They came out during the snow storm and took care of the problem.

We had a small leak in our condo roof which got into our loft. Since it was a carpeted area, a large area was completely wet. We called Water Fire Fix and they came out to assess the damage and got to work. Carpet was like new after the clean up process. Thank you Tim for everything. Water Fire Fix was extremely helpful with a water issue in our basement that resulted from a crack in one of our A/C components in our basement boiler room. Tim was responsive and incredibly easy to work with. We did not know where to start in terms of drying out our basement from this water leak and Tim calmly and expertly explained our options to us without jumping to the extreme.
