"The process was seem less.  After visiting their manufacturing site,  I chose the style fencing that I was interested in. Steve came out to my house and took measurements at which point we made some changes in the style. He accommodated us without  any trouble. After the fence was complete, he and his crew came out to fit it before the powder coating process commenced. They installed it yesterday, 3/30/16, and it look s great !!"

The people (from the customer service reps to the billing to the drivers) have all been honest and realistic with expectations, answered all of my questions and never charged me more than what is advertised on their website. Patricia and Victoria have gone out of their way to return my many phone calls on the weekends too. You just don't get customer service these days anymore like the bullbag provides.They came when they said they would, did what they said they would do and did it professionally and pleasantlly. It is a pleasure working with such an honest and reputable company. Especially since the dumpster industry has not been know for this! "I couldn't be happier with Joe and his crew.  From first contact and the time we met to get an estimate I could tell right off the bat he knew exactly what he was talking about, and was very professional about everything.  I met with 2 other contractors, and even though Home Facelifters wasn't the cheapest, I knew that they would get the job done right and on time.  They dealt with all of the city inspectors and dealt with pulling all the permits, they helped me pick out many of the different items for the house like the cabinets, counters, appliances, flooring, and even colors for the walls.  There were some things that I thought I wanted a certain way but Joe was always willing to try and explain why another way might be better, which I do appreciate.  The payment process was very simple, we did go over our original estimate, but he had told me upfront there was a chance we would find things behind the walls that we couldn't predict, and I was prepared to possibly go over by a certain amount so that wasn't a problem.  The work was done very quickly, and the quality of everything is great.  I will definitely be using Joe and his crew on future projects of mine.

"Glen and his crew performed a myriad of projects on an investment property of mine in Pomfret.   Their initial work was to install two gable dormers and a balcony, but I liked their work so much I had them tile a kitchen and 3 bathrooms, frame and sheetrock walls, install siding, paint, and they are still on the job helping me get done ahead of my original deadline.     I plan to work with him on several other renovation projects in the future...
