"Empire was amazing - we needed to replace/cover flooring in a room with crumbling tiles and grout. The salesman who first came was knowledgeable and offered many options and we locked in our sale price. It was easy to reschedule when we had a tornado in town and might not have had power the day of the install. Also, the flooring we had signed up for went out of stock in between the order and install time, so they approved for us to have a non-sale flooring to swap out when our time came to install at the sale price! On the day of the actual install, the installer was right on time, and did the whole room in just a few hours, checking in with me along the way with any questions and Sebastian did a beautiful job! We will absolutely be calling Empire again when we need other carpeting or flooring!"

He went above an beyond as I had kept adding little projects along the way ... replace my doorbell, fix a bedroom closet door, remove a latch on my basement door. He is such a good worker. "We called VK on a Tuesday and he was here the next day and agreed to fit us in and started immediately. Ended up with better quality product and pleasant experience. Will hire him again soon to redo tiling in BR and hall upstairs With  VK there were no headaches  Price was very fair when you think  porcelain tile, labor etc under $3000 for 385 square feet.

This after we had a problem with carpet in the basement, so we called one of the local flooring chains which promptly came out measured and gave a price for the ceramic tile we chose from their stock. The next day I agreed to have them do the job only to have them upsell their original quote by $600, they wanted $3600.
