At Cyclone Home Service Company, LLC, our professionals are known for their sales knowledge, design and installation expertise. We do all low voltage work.

"Unfortunately we?ve had a very poor experience with Cyclone?s a/v division over the past few years. We had them install speakers in our new home during construction. We?ve had nothing but issues since. The speakers are constantly out of sync, requiring cyclone to send someone to fix frequently. Then after less than 12 hours of total play the speakers all started a loud buzzing noise that would not stop. Turns out the $2k amplifier they sold us died, effectively killing the entire system until we replace it with another $2k amp. On top of that they sent us a bill for the tech who had to come shut the system off just to stop the buzzing. Our system is now useless until we pony up another $2k, less than 3 years after the initial installation. I recommend getting your a/v work done elsewhere. "

In comparison, another service company who had originally installed both refrigerators looked at the exact same problem several years ago and insisted that it was not repairable and that I needed to replace the refrigerator at a cost of several thousand dollars. "Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day.
