"I highly recommend The Builders & Cleaners for any remediation needs. From the very beginning, their proposal was incredibly detailed and transparent, with the Project Manager clearly outlining the scope of work and the materials to be used. They provided a high-value solution that was very fair compared to other quotes I received. The overall service was professional, seamless, and timely. Communication was a standout part of the experience; I was kept in the loop daily by their amazing Office Admin. A huge part of this success was the crew chief, who was fantastic to work with. He managed the team with precision, ensured every detail was attended to, and handled every request with professionalism and expertise. Most importantly, the quality of the work was excellent. The remediation was thorough, precise, and completed to a very high standard. They didn't cut any corners and ensured that everything was cleaned and restored perfectly before finishing the job. "I recommend this company to friends all the time! Hired him to do certain things around my house and he did my deck, shudders, walkways, and windows is part of his cleaning and while he was here I asked him to to do my garage and he did and included them and no extra charge! His prices are reasonable and equal to others in are! Will have him back when needed!"

"Juliano was very responsive and receptive of ideas I had for the project. The work done turned out the way I wanted and was able to do it within my price range. The only thing I would say needs improvement is the cleanup afterwards. There was more saw dust leftover than I anticipated. Regardless, I would recommend and would hire again for further projects."
