"We hired Arthur for the inspection on a two-family brick home in Queens, and I am glad we did. He showed up on time, walked the whole property methodically, and did not rush through anything. The report was detailed, professionally written with photos and clear explanations of what each issue actually meant, along with helpful guidance. He was upfront that a couple of things (moisture around one foundation wall, some wear on the boiler) warranted a specialist opinion, rather than trying to guess or downplay it. He also took the time to actually walk us through the findings afterward instead of just emailing the report and disappearing. As first-time buyers, that mattered a lot.
