"Pre-treatment (mostly bleach, which leaves a putrid smell for days) left stains on my deck furniture (table, chairs, umbrella, glider, grill cover, and lounge chairs). "The north side of my house doesn't get sun and was caked with mold. Alex was able to get rid of all the green mold. This was no routine job. There was all kinds of obstacles like bushes and trees as well as having to navigate a very steep garage roof to power wash the second floor. The house is sparkling like new.
