Next morning I had a window from 8-10 and it was 10:30 when they finally showed up. Then the price quoted to remove an old refrigerator was crazy high but I paid it because I had to get it out. The need to be more punctual and offer better and upfront pricing. I probably wont use them again."

They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "

The team did not stop working the whole day and executed an incredible amount of tree work! The challenge was to remove large surrounding trees while preserving smaller trees next to or at the base of the large trees. The removal was surgical and precise, with no damage to the surrounding trees. Can’t wait to have them back again!"
