"

We were given two options and chose the cheaper and less invasive one.  Water service disruption was minimal with no impact.  Service was performed over the course of a few hours, as provider had to make a few trips to supply stores to find the right hardware for our 35+year old plumbing fixtures.  She was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.

The only problem was that even though the faucet was not leaking any more when she had finished, over the course of the next two days the handle loosened and the leaking resumed.  We called her and she came back the next day and tightened the faucet valves which stopped the leak.  It has been over two weeks now with no more leaky faucet.

"Arrived late, made a big mess, didn t do one of the things that was important for me about the job (haul away), misdiagnosed my garage door problem (spent five minutes on it) and left large chunks of visible caulking on my highest windows that I must remove now. He also measured the hole for the microwave bolt several times and cut it several times because his measuring was off."

"Service was professional, pleasant, and effective."

"Sentinel Property Services did an incredible job installing our new deck! From start to finish, their professionalism, craftsmanship, and attention to detail were outstanding. They listened carefully to our ideas, offered great design suggestions, and used high-quality materials that exceeded our expectations. The team was punctual, respectful, and kept the worksite clean throughout the project. The finished deck is stunning and has completely transformed our outdoor space. Sentinels communication was excellent? They kept us informed every step of the way and made the process stress-free. Their dedication to quality and customer satisfaction truly sets them apart. If you're looking for a reliable, skilled team for your next project, we highly recommend Sentinel Property Services. We couldn't be happier with the result! Five stars!"

"I called with an emergency and Peter called back the next day. He came out that same day to look at the project and said he could take care of everything within the next 4 days. He sent two very professoional men and they had everything taken care of and cleaned up in just a few hours. I had called at least six other people and none called back. I was able to compare his service with one other company and he had a a very reasonable price. I would use his company again if the need arises."
