We do not frequently take the time to write reviews however our experience with Control Point was too exceptional. We didn't really consider mini splits in our home until the prices of propane started going up for us. After an in depth explanation and some comparisons we trusted that Control Point was the company to go with. We cannot say enough about the the entire teams professionalism and respect for our property throughout the process. Any construction debris were picked up to the point where no evidence was left. Thank you for a great experience Control Point, we would recommend you to anyone!

Positive experience. Owner and staff seem very knowledgable about the equipment. Walkthrough and estimate were complete and concise. Work was scheduled, then completed as per the schedule. Employees were communicative and thorough. Final walkthrough generated a couple of punchlist items to clean up, they got scheduled prior to final payment. No cost overrunns, no change orders.
