"Excellent value!! Valley Inspection Services was over a thousand dollars than another quote I received, yes you read that right. The samples were sent to an independent lab that probably multiple inspection services use so no lack of quality of test results. Service was quick. Willie was honest and trustworthy and I mention this only because he is new to having his own company and it shows a bit. He is licensed with the state and they have him in their system. The report I received does what I needed it to do. The only hurdle was a a smoother payment and email process would be nice. Other than that, support this guy so he can grow his company. Michael came out, told me what would need to be done (and just as importantly, what would not need to be done), checked to make sure the cause of the mold was gone and gave me an estimate that was below the other contractor I had out. Michael was able to schedule us relatively quickly which was important for the sale and Charter Oak's guys did a great job. They were respective of our home and cleaned up so well after themselves, you wouldn't know they had been there - except for the nice clean wood in the attic. There were some concerns from the buyer and Michael was willing to talk to them to explain what was done and why. Very happy."
