"Vernon did an inspection for lead and asbestos on a home we are purchasing in Kingston that we are planning to renovate extensively and live in with two small children. This is a seller’s market and one of the top ways buyers are getting the short end of the stick is by having to assume risks that sellers push them to abandon inspecting with the threat of just going with another bid.
