"Prior to selling our home it was suggested the interior be repainted. We contacted LTD and set a price and time frame which was extremely fair for both sides. All I can say is above and beyond expectations. Work was done prior to deadline and the quality was fantastic. Attention to detail, promptness, professional attitude. Job well done. "I needed to have the old flooring removed and the new flooring put down. They team was very professional. They realized the subflooring was messed up in a section and made sure to stop and communicate so the job can be doone correctly. I appreciated that factor and was able to approve a replacement of the messed up board the great thing was they were still able to finish the job in the time frame they originally stated! I plan to use them for all jobs moving forward. Priced fair,quality work, and friendly and professional!"

"Dave & his team came to our place, on time, didn't block our driveway, worked during the day and cleaned the area up at the end of the workday. The following day it was the same process, arrive on time, didn't block the driveway up, and when done working, cleaned up the area. The final product is a joy to walk on, and to look at.
