"Elvin is great. He fixed my wood double front doors and applied paint that I had picked out, as well as new handles/lock. He took his time, was very polite, and made sure everything was in order before in left. My front doors look amazing. Will be hiring him again for more work around the house. You can convert a pre-hung door into a Dutch door, but it’s more of a pain. Pre-hung doors are already set in the frame with the hinges and everything aligned, so once you cut the slab in half, you’ll likely need to adjust the hinge placement and maybe even mess with the frame itself. It’s doable, but expect some trial and error because it’s not a straight-swap situation.

Most of the interior doors in your home are the same size. For example, most bedroom doors may be the same size. However, your closet doors might be the same size as each other but are a different size from the bedroom doors.
