170 Chris came to my house within 10 minutes of me calling him (not a previous customer). It was the day before Christmas Eve. He repaired my boiler and charged an extremely fair price. It is clear he is very kind and looking out for best interest of customer.
They were super responsive and helpful. My A/C was not keeping up the hot/humid weather. When I called several of the other "Big Name" companies I was told that I could be put on a list to get a callback in the next week or two--another company gave me an appointment time for two weeks out...
