We were not left wondering if someone would return the call, or when they may show up. Proactive communication was provided. A walk through the work and estimate was conducted. Jeff was thorough in exchanging information with me, understanding what work we were interested in and providing suggestions and respecting our decisions with no pressure to upsell services. Our decades overgrown yard of prickers, hedges gone wild, and overgrowth was groomed back into a yard we were proud of. His fees were reasonable and our yard has been happily transformed. "I had been waiting for another company to do the work. They couldnât give me a date, not even an estimate. More than six weeks after receiving the quote for that company to remove a dead tree and some stumps, I gave up in frustration. I cancelled and found Don. A day after meeting with him, Don sent his people to remove a dead tree that had been on my front lawn since a snowstorm brought it down. I appreciated that so much. He returned, as we had agreed, and removed the stumps."

"RC Property Services had to remove a massive tree up on an embankment that had upended a 5' rootball. Incredibly, as no stump service could reach it, he dug out the sand beneath, distributed it in a clever place in the yard and re-positioned the stump. Their work was fast, extremely professional and cost effective. I am most appreciative, will recommend their service to all my friends. I feel they could tackle just about any challenge in tree removal."
