We were not left wondering if someone would return the call, or when they may show up. Proactive communication was provided. A walk through the work and estimate was conducted. Jeff was thorough in exchanging information with me, understanding what work we were interested in and providing suggestions and respecting our decisions with no pressure to upsell services. More than six weeks after receiving the quote for that company to remove a dead tree and some stumps, I gave up in frustration. I cancelled and found Don. A day after meeting with him, Don sent his people to remove a dead tree that had been on my front lawn since a snowstorm brought it down. I appreciated that so much. He returned, as we had agreed, and removed the stumps."
