They checked other pipes & plumbing and repaired a broken outside water pipe. Tisha in the office was also wonderful - very accommodating, congenial and they are all very customer service oriented. He was very meticulous in tracking down the problem which ended up being easier on the pocket book then I thought it was going to be. Justin is what every home owner wants in a tech, easy to talk to, he listens and he is very good at his profession. My well pipe has been there since 1988. The cap on the pipe was not a bug proof cap when they installed it. The company that changed out the well pump in 2018 never mentioned it.
