I appreciated that factor and was able to approve a replacement of the messed up board the great thing was they were still able to finish the job in the time frame they originally stated! "Jose did a great job. There was light freezing rain on the day the job was schedule and surprised Jose didn't cancel. He showed up, setup his equipment and worked 3 plus hours going around the home washing away built up mildew on the siding. He even got on the roof to wash the dormers' siding and cleaned out the gutters."
