"My house is near the beach with near constant moisture which is well controlled inside. Outside I had an infestation of a very difficult to kill insect that had started to encroach inside as the population exploded.. Alpha came out and treated the property inside and out. They guaranteed their work and told me they would be back in two weeks at no additional charge. They were at the house a total of 3 times to make sure the job was done right. "Had a stink bug issue - Came and did the work (with apporpriate warnings of how hard they are to control.) Were prompt and helpful. Thought they were going monthly but then they stopped after a couple of visits...not sure what happened."
