I am a new customer. Envirocare did our initial home inspection in 2019, so when I needed carpenter ants exterminated in just about every area of the house in 2020 I remembered them and gave them a call. They were very polite, honest, and reasonably priced so we signed a contract for quarterly service. Our first visit did the trick--no more carpenter ants after they sprayed our home inside and out only one time! Our technician Anthony Y. was on time, informative, polite and very honest--I can't stand it when a service person comes to my home and doesn't give me all the facts so I can make an educated decision about the service and price! I requested him for next time. He's awesome and so is Envirocare.

I called them to see why they didn't go back, the price was normal for pest control, I would go to another company.

I would like to know exactly what the issue was so that I can be sure it doesn't happen again. Also, I noticed your address is NY we don't cover the NY area was it a rental property we serviced? We consistently receive superior service and professionalism form Envirocare Pest Control. We were very fortunate to have found them. We had to switch from a different company that was a complete "F". Envirocare stepped in and completely controlled the issue we had with field mice. I highly recommend them!!

Employee was very knowledgeable. But we had to wait quite a while for a trainee to show up before interior work was done so that he would get needed training. While I accept the need to train people, they need to schedule better to ensure he is there from the beginning !

While the company was good about coming every quarter and about coming back out if there were any problems. I noticed a decline in the level of service as the years went on. There seems to be a substantial turnover rate which results in new people coming to service the house frequently. When this happensit is like starting over from scratch in that they did not know where the previous traps were, what problems we had in the past and seemed generally uninterested in developing any type of long term strategic plan to eliminate pests. In the end I felt that we were still having more pest activity than normal considering all the steps we had taken and additional things we had purchased from the company at their recommendation. When I raised this with the owner he was uncooperative, unapologetic and showed a general lack of interest in attempting to rectify the complaints I had. He told me that results are never guaranteed but he would be willing to come over and look. Without ever coming to our house or reviewing our file he was adamant that everything that could be done already was. With so many companies offering quarterly maintenance I decided to end a 5 year relationship and move on. What I have found is that the quarterly service fee I was paying was low compared to others, but so was the quality of the service.

"Much to my dismay I'm just reading this review from this client, had a known this was on Angies List I would have responded earlier. We're really just beginning to notice the power of Angies List. Even though this review was posted so long ago I remember it vividly as the client was unwilling to hear exactly what I was trying to explain to him. Ultimately, the issue as I understand it was whether or not we could "stop" mice from continuing to enter the structure. During this conversation I offered multiple times to come out to the home personally, but along with this offer I explained that in the end rodents need a hole so small to gain entrance that it may continue to happen. I understand he just wanted the rodents gone, but unfortunately sometimes that's easier said than done. This is really all I was trying to explain. I wish I could have provided the service he expected. As for the turnover, the client is correct we did have turnover at that time and I'm sure we will in the future. Our industry is notorious for it. The job can be quite difficult and honestly not everyone is cut out to provide the level of service I demand. I do sincerely apologize that he had a bad experience with Envirocare, but as witnessed by our other reviews and our companies growth this experience is in no way typical. I do hope he was able to find a vendor who was able to provide the level of service he expected. I'm just sorry it wasn't us."

They were responsive - sending a person out within a couple of days to inspect the house for the bats. Jonathan was very knowledgeable and professional. He arrived at the time of the appointment. We scheduled the exclusion for several weeks later (law prevents the exclusion from being done during the time that young bats are being born and growing).
He arrived at the specified time and worked throughout the morning to set up the one-way exits. One week later, he returned (again, right on time) to make sure the bats were no longer nesting in the attic or sofits and sealed up all possible entries. He even got rid of some bees nests that he found along the way. The bat work is guaranteed for 3 years.
The office staff were also professional. We have used this company in the past, and have always been pleased. They seem to be on the pricey end, but if I know that we are dealing with honest and knowledgeable people, it is worth it to me.

THEY ARE A LITTLE ON THE EXPENSIVE SIDE BECAUSE ALL THEY DID WAS JUST CHECK FOR TERMITES, BUT THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY ASSURED US THAT WE DO NOT HAVE A TERMITE PROBLEM. THEY WERE FINE.

THEY JUST CHECK OUTSIDE AND I DON'T REMEMBER IF THEY COME IN THE HOUSE. I THINK THEY CALLED US AND ARE DUE TO CHECK IT, WHEN THEY CAN COME OUT.
