He initially quote me that the rate was $75 /hr but he failed to tell me that he was bringing another guy to charge double, though I had additional job (to put an outside sensor light), I felt cheated when he charged me the additional labor charge for the second person because he did not explain this to me ahead. I don't mind paying for work a person does as long as I know what to expect. I had anticipated to spend so much less on the labor so I ended up spending 50% more than my budget.
