He saved us money in that he basically designed the bathroom and made updated suggestions for which we would otherwise have had to hire a designer. He continually steered us in the right direction regarding tile and material choices. "We interviewed four companies for our project. Hilltop Remodeling wasn't the most expensive or the least expensive. Bill, the owner, is very personable and we liked him right off. He and his crew are very professional and completed the job in a timely manner. They removed a tub in our sons' bathroom. They expanded, built, plumbed, and tiled a new shower stall. Hilltop also re-grouted our tile and painted the bathroom and our son's bedroom. We are very happy with the results and would rehire Hilltop Remodeling again."

"We hired Zach to build and design a bathroom and laundry area in an unused space on our upper level. Zach did the drawings filed the necessary permits with New York City and provided us with the product list. Zach acted as the project manager, and worked very closely with the plumbers, electricians and contractor to ensure that all the details of the project were to his satisfaction. The project was completed in a timely manner and the finished product is just amazing. Zach’s vision of using teak as the predominant materia with minimalist accessories created a unique and beautiful room. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"I've got a 112 year old hose that is pretty solid, but it had a cracked floor joist and part of the flooring wasn't properly supported. I hired Kristian and his team to install a couple of lally columns to support a carrying beam and sister a couple of floor joists. Many contractors wouldn't even return my call because I wasn't looking to complete a huge remodel job, but Kristian came over, gave me a fair verbal estimate on the spot, and worked with me on timing to complete the project. Not only that, but the solution wasn't overly complicated. The job was straightforward, completed exactly as described in the time described, and there was no scope creep. If I ever have a larger need, they'll certainly be my first call. I would highly recommend K&X construction if you need any services that they offer."

The whole process was very easy from designing the space, selecting colors, and having a contract manager who organized the entire basement remodel including all the trades and inspections.
