Tom(owner) and Herman showed up at my house at 8:30 on the hottest day of the summer. The install was very difficult, with limited space. There was a construction glitch, my fault which they repaired, adding a couple of hours to the install. They never complained in spite of working in the direct sun. The job was completed, I was instructed on use and I’m operational 4 days prior to the promised date. Quality of the awning and installation, exceeded my expectations "

They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "

After many more months of contacting them and not hearing back, I finally got to the regional manager through LinkedIn, who offered me a new window at the discounted price of $1,800 without acknowledging the sales person's error, saying the leak "was not their fault." Now two years later, I'm still paying for a leaking window, and every time it rains, when I'm putting a bucket on the window sill, I'm reminded of what a disaster the experience was. To add insult to injury, I still get promotional mailings telling me I'm a valued customer. What a horrible experience for us as first time homeowners."

After many more months of contacting them and not hearing back, I finally got to the regional manager through LinkedIn, who offered me a new window at the discounted price of $1,800 without acknowledging the sales person's error, saying the leak "was not their fault."
