He gave us an estimate on a Tuesday, we hired him the following Monday, they started on Saturday, and finished on Wednesday. Krenar pointed out that there was literally no garage foundation under the garage walls, and he identified areas in the cinder blocks where I was getting a good deal of water making the garage damp and smelly. After considerable thought, I decided to have Original Masonry jack up the garage, lay a proper foundation and rebuild the cinder block walls, putting in a curtain drain around the garage to take care of any future water issues.
