Then after less than 12 hours of total play the speakers all started a loud buzzing noise that would not stop. Turns out the $2k amplifier they sold us died, effectively killing the entire system until we replace it with another $2k amp. On top of that they sent us a bill for the tech who had to come shut the system off just to stop the buzzing. Our system is now useless until we pony up another $2k, less than 3 years after the initial installation. I recommend getting your a/v work done elsewhere. "
