Perfect. They did everything they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. They used all the materials that they showed us during the estimate--no substitutions and all top-quality. All the contractors who did the work were fast, professional, courteous and highly skilled. It was an absolutely painless process. We had two minor issues after the work was done: Three of the windows had cracks in the frames which were not noticed during installation, and 2 years after installation our telephone line (which they had detached from the house to install the siding and then reattached) pulled out of the wall. I called John Burke Jr in both cases and the problems were resolved in one week, free of charge. They are expensive, make no mistake, but my belief is that the superior service, the quality of the contractors, materials, and workmanship, and the follow-up problem resolution they provide are part of what we paid for, and I'm satisfied that we got our money's worth.
