"I have had a persistent roof leak in my room in tricky location where there is a jut out and a roof line meets into the siding. There was an ant infestation and some rot. I had paid someone $300 a couple of years ago to fix the roof and it still had leaked. I had taken the time to get a couple of other estimates and went with Nanfito Roofing. Although more expensive, my decision was based on the fact that I received a thorough explanation from Joseph (the sales rep) of what repairs were needed which included replacing 4 ft of shingles, adding new snow and water barrier as well as adding new step flashing. In addition to the fence, we had Ted and his cast of characters do a ton of landscaping in the backyard. They also laid 300 feet of cobblestones along the edges of the driveway and they regraded and resurfaced the driveway with 3/8 stone. They did a great job and I highly recommend them!"
