Garage Door Repair
Doraz Contracting did an A+ job with the repair of my garage door system. He came to the house and reviewed the garage door system and determined that it could be repaired and did not need to be replaced. He was detailed in the job analysis and responded well to my questions. The bid was very reasonable. In a few days he came back and in a couple of hours, installed a new overhead motor and made some adjustments to the door itself. I now have a motion activated light in the garage and he provided two remotes.

The company Doraz Contracting did a great job and right on budget and time, very clean and keep us informed on the project, most of all the service rep was great to our Lab he took time to give our dog some pets and made our day.

Mike did a great job installing two garage door openers for me. He was on time for both the estimate and performing the job. Another company wanted about 50% more to do it, but there was no skimping on the quality of the work that Mike did.

Extremely quick response time. He came to see problem that day. His price was better. They installed new opener quickly. I had a problem a few days later. They came the same day to fix it. The problem was my error in programming. Very professional and courteous.

As far as I'm concerned, this was 5 stars right across the board. Mike, from Doraz, called me right away, and was able to come over pretty quickly. He let me know what would be involved and the cost before doing anything. Once I agreed, he went to work and was very efficient and professional about it. Also, he was very neat. I would highly recommend Doraz Contracting services and would definitely contact them again should I need any future repairs. Excellent service. Couldn't be happier.

Doraz contracting installed my homeowner supplied garage door opener. They returned my initial call promptly and quoted me the best price out of the 3 installer companies that i contacted. Micheal the owner was a pleasure to talk to. Another Micheal, the actual installation tech. was very friendly and professional. Great job well done at a great price. I would use them again and would recommend them to others.

It was an emergency call as my door was stuck in the up position. He came right away, fixed the door, checked everything else, gave me an education on the parts, emergency open, close, etc. Reasonable pricing. I would use him again and recommend him to others.

Great experience. Called me immediately after the request went in. Came out the next day and repaired my garage door opener and one of the remotes. Arrived on time and charged me what he had quoted. Whoopee!

Garage door bottom seal was flat newly installed and would not seal. Normally the rubber is round sealing irregularity of the floor within an inch which was the condition of my garage floor. This was considered my problem and the installer suggested that I try putting in a foam in his flat door seal ! Then they tossed old garage door into the dumpster I had rented and told me that even though they had contracted to take the old door if a dumpster is there, they dump their door....when dumpster people charged me for the additional weight , Mike argued about the cost the dumpster people charged ! No worth any deal mind you.

"sometimes a customer just wants something for free. As for the door seal, it is the same on all new doors, unfortunatly it will only seal an uneven floor so much. for most acustomers we would go ubove and beond to satisfy them, there are larger bottom seals that can be special orderd etc., but when you have a customer like this, doraz contracting can only go so far for free. we did use the dumpster. we almost had to, it was blocking the entry to the garage. we did not charge her for the removal. we also had to shovel snow from her driveway. This customer had a contractor working on her house who said he was having a hard time with her also."
