In order to avoid mold, work could not start until the ceiling area and walls had dried. Once he started, his work was great. The process took a long time, because of drying, but the end product was worth it, and he somehow matched the paint already on the walls. You would never know there had been a disaster in the bedroom. Fabricio is also rare (in a good way) because he gets back to you when you call him. He is reliable and professional.
