"Dustin and CCC did wonderful work creating a new bathroom and remodeling a bedroom for our house. What was most positive was Dustin’s energetic interest in the project, dedication to seeing the project through to make it come out with high quality, and persistently spirited good will. There were two aspects that didn’t work quite optimally: (1) The crew took much longer to finish than they promised (the original time was “1-month +” but over two months passed and there were still lingering issues---see below.) If you hire them, I recommend having it written into the contract exactly when it will start and end, including a specification of what the consequences will be if the job isn’t done on time. (2) They didn’t know what to do with our laminated wood floors. They needed to put down protection for the dining room floor which was damaged by the construction traffic, and they had trouble patching and refinishing the floor in the bedroom after removing a wall. When I asked Dustin to address (2), to his credit he was ready to bring in a floor refinishing specialist to fix the issues at a very favorable price to us. At that point, unfortunately, we couldn’t afford the interruption it would cause to have this repair done at that moment. In response, Dustin gave us a discount so we can address these issues with a profession flooring company in the future when we’ll have a good opportunity to vacate the house for this purpose. I recommend that if you need wood floor work done, you make sure there is an agreement in the contract to have somebody with wood floor expertise address that part. In all, Dustin was generous and willing to try to work with us when there were issues. I know that his company has also been generous about helping people who were in need in the past. This is a quality that I particularly admire in a company, so we still feel very positive toward CCC, but I have identified the issues we had in hopes that they won’t be issues for other clients in the future."

"3 Son’s Siding & Gutters LLC did my roof about four months ago.They came and gave me a price that was more than fair…3 Son’s were very professional,work very safely.They stripped two layers, found that they had to get plywood and replace the whole roof, it was a bit more but they did the plywood, re-shingled the roof in the one day.i was very impressed with the way all the workers did what needed to be done. The job was done in a day and a half,all the mess was picked up went around the house with magnets picking up all the nails.All I can say I believe they are very professional, very concerned about how my property was left I think it was cleaner than when they started.Very good crew did a great job couldn’t be any happier. Amazing communication, stayed on budget, worked very well with us and the work was done quickly and exactly as described. Any issues were immediately dealt with. "Joe and Larry were wonderful! We bought a new house that needed work, including a serious issue with how our water heater was installed (without a pressure release valve!). Joe came by and looked at it all and because the situation was dangerous he and Larry came the very next day. "We hired Erick and his dad to complete stairs and cut out an opening for the stairs. Although he was paid in full to complete the work, he did not finish it. Furthermore, he was also hired to complete a master bedroom addition for us. He ultimately ripped our roof off of our house and fled with over $25,000. The lack of a roof caused us thousands of dollars in damages and he still would not come back to at least put a roof back on. He also purchased materials for us just so he could steal it. He has been the worst and shadiest contractor that I have ever dealt with and I hope anyone that is thinking about hiring him doesn't. "
