flooded with sewage. I call the owner of Anytime to ask what I should do and his crass response was that he would do
whatever I wanted him to do because his kids need to eat. He also indicated that the original cleaning was covered by a 6 month warranty and he could re-clean the line at no additional charge. In the meantime, the water company cleared the blockage and sent me a letter saying there were still roots in the line that need to be cleared. When I called Anytime back, the owner refused to do the warrantied work for free unless the line was blocked when his crew was there. Not only was their work obviously deficient,
but they do not stand by their word. What a fraudster. Avoid.
My only issues with the service call is that he was too quick to declare that there were no further leaks and he left. I had placed a tub under the pipes because of the original leak. After he left, I didn't get around to taking it out right away and when I did, I noticed it had water in it. I dried it out and then ran the water for a while and discovered I still had a leak.
