"James and his team were shining examples of superb professionalism and communication during the course of this project - start to finish! My TV mount project was fairly simple I had all my equipment ready to go, it only just needed to be installed, but they were prepared just in case which was very reassuring. They were respectful of the property, very polite and easy to talk to. They carefully considered the scope of my living room to ensure the TV was centered and put up properly, and made sure I was happy with the result before completion. He pre-wired an unfinished room for home theater installation and returned to install the in-wall/ceiling speakers, AV Receiver, as well as mount the TV to the wall once the room was completely finished.
