We paid extra for the "dustless" service - well worth it to keep 99% of the dust out of the existing living spaces - but we still used plastic to seal off the living spaces as an added precaution. "They did a great job, however I agree that his responsiveness is lacking and he is very difficult to get ahold of. I know a few people who had negative experiences but for the price and his quality, I think he is worth it. Moreover, he painted my whole living room by himself in just 4 hours with 2 coats of paint and it came out great. You should know, when they mention 8' of wall, they count it from the ground up and not from the molding up. I was charged an extra $120 for an additional 4" of wall space which was not painted since it was covered by the molding. No big deal, but just be aware."

"Brilliant. Everything about working with Sparrow and Celso was top class. Their estimate was lower than the competitor, they came within a few days, and cleaned two upholstered chairs very well. Celso was very polite and explained how the whole process works and the likelihood of getting the stains out. They worked for a while on the chairs and did a great job. Took the carpet away and delivered it back after 10 days. The office was great in communicating, the guys who came back with the carpet were very polite, helped me lay it back, moved some furniture. I am really happy i found these guys on Angie's list and with their service. This is how it is supposed to work!!"
