The week of Thanksgiving seemed like a long shot, but whenever somebody could make it out. Within two minutes of submitting my request, I received a phone call from Spiro's and was informed that they could be out the same day in the evening. He arrived when he said he would and was entirely prepared for the issue I reported - and then some, because the inside nozzle was leaking and in need of replacement as well. About an hour later, the inside and outside units were both replaced. He took the time to explain what he was doing every step of the way, why he was doing it, why it was needed, and still got work completed in about an hour."
