Our experience couldn’t have gone any better!! Jason at square 1 was an absolute professional from the first day. He was patient when explaining the difference options as well as their features and benefits. He was very fair with the price ( Lowe’s has nothing on them), he was caring, and great when communicating. On top of all that he was so empathetic and understanding. We don’t live in RI and the job was being done was for my in laws. After multiple change of dates from our behalf and weather not permitting he got the job done, it looks great but most important my in laws are happy with the work performed. Jason and his father were able to perform the work in a manner that fit the needs of our family. This meant coming out to get the work done in small sections. In closing, while I was worried to contact them at first because of the long distance, this was by far the beat decision and best contractor I’ve used! You will not regret hiring them!
