They quick with repair calls, but were a little slow on new installation calls because they are busy and were booked out a good ways."

"I was a customer for over 2 years they overcharged me by thousands of dollars. I tried to bring it to their attention and they didn’t care. When I told them they were overcharging me they informed me of a $500 service fee and a delivery fee that I didn’t know about on top of the fuel that they were charging $4,99 a gallon for. I have a 275 ga tank. they claimed they were delivering 150 gallons a month and they were charging me $400 a month. I cut my contract with them. I have now been running my heater at 75° and over for the last three months and my fuel tank is still over half full. I don’t know where they put all that fuel, but it definitely didn’t come to my house. It may not be ever Daniel’s energy company that scams people but the one that delivers to Wethersfield CT definitely does: do not recommend and I’m telling everyone. ."
