It went well. The staff worked hard even in beastly hot weather. They were careful with landscape greens and did a very good clean up job when they were finished. The wall is strong and beautiful.
He installed, sanded and finished the flooring also. He was a recommendation from friends. The installation was good, but the sanding was not good. There are ripples in the floor from the sanding that was done. I would not use him again. I think he tried, but the sanding is what I am not...
It took much longer than I had expected, perhaps because he worked very methodically. He was very careful not to mix things up, but removed more than I had thought necessary. He applied finish paint without primer on raw wood.
