"Adam, this is the first time I have heard about any issues with your driveway. In fact, when we discussed the placement of the dumpster we could have either placed in your driveway or on the grass and the container company always puts dunnage underneath. Before the placement of the container, we had a discussion and you told me not to worry about the driveway since you were having your driveway replaced because the driveway contractor screwed it up - your exact words. Our last day on your project was Wednesday, June 21st and you waited until July 10th to write a 1-star review and never thought to communicate this to us? We have used this recycling company for years and they are one of the few that actually place dunnage under their containers and we have never run across any driveway being damaged by this company. While your project did take much longer than expected, due to the excessive rain we have had this season, there was a death and another crew member was hospitalized, I did communicate this to you and your wife. We requested the container be removed on Wednesday, 6/21/23, which was the last day we were on your property. You called the recycling company, and they would not disclose any information to you because the account is not yours but in our company name. I followed up with them on Friday, 6/25/23 which was the same day you let me know they had not picked up the container. They told me you were on the schedule for that same day. We don't have control over the schedule of a third-party vendor. If you truly felt we damaged your driveway, you would immediately contact us since you did so throughout the installation process and to express your dissatisfaction and frustration over the delays in your project. In fact, one day while we were working on your project I said hello and you threw your hand up in the air and refused to even say hello. We are sorry for the delays, but none were due to our unwillingness to be on your project. Life happens sometimes and all we can do is share that information; I have no control over your response, nor do I have any control over the weather."

"Thank you for taking the time to write this wonderful review! It was a pleasure to work for you and Carrie. Weather does definitely impact scheduling, and we had such a long and wet spring. I appreciate your understanding, you were both very patient with the project schedule. You are correct, we certainly should have been more responsive to your communication sharing you were both very happy wtth the patio. I hope you enjoy your new patio for years to come!"
"We installed a stamped patio for Keith in July 2013. We advise clients to remove all snow or no snow on any concrete surface since leaving a portion covered can result in cracks due to the change in exposed temperature. The winter of 2013-2014 Keith did not remove all the snow as advised (in our contract and verbally). We had several meetings, one in particular he was unable to join his wife and myself outside, so he participated by speaker phone. After discussing how he maintained his deck, it was determined that by removing partial snow he caused his deck to crack. He told us "he did his best" and was scheduling hip surgery. We empathize with him as this is an unfortunate situation, though this was not the result of our installation methods or materials. He then proceeded to write a negative review on the BBB site. In response, we provided multiple documents including our contract and email messages. The BBB did not find us at fault though the BBB keeps all complaints and reviews for 3 years only and then they are removed. He attempted to have another complaint added and this was declined by the BBB. Almost five years later, he decided to give a 1-star review on this site since HomeAdvisor never removes any rating. We do our best to inform and educate all customers and did so with this customer. By following our instructions is the only way to maximize value to the customer so they may enjoy their installation for years to come. We are more than willing to share documents with HomeAdvisor which will substantiate our position. We have been in business for 30 years and feel our reputation speaks for itself. Anyone can see our reputation and character in the reviews written here and elsewhere. We could not maintain our reputation nor would we be in business if we installed sub-par concrete."
"Thank you, Michael, we are happy you are thrilled with your new stamped concrete. It was a pleasure working for you and Linda."
"I have installed several slabs in South Windsor and this customer chose not to provide their name, I am unable to answer and resolve your specific issue. No customer has shared negative feedback therefore I do not who you are. While it is your right to remain anonymous, it is unfortunate you never reached out to me to even ask why something didn't end the way you hoped. Perhaps a simple phone call or email would alleviate your concerns. I have offered customers reach out to me should they have any questions or concerns, you have done neither. I cannot help if you choose not to contact me."
"John, We installed your patio in early 2011. You reviewed our company several years ago, never providing any negative feedback. Since your patio was installed, I have not heard from you regarding your project or any issues. You never contacted me by phone or email to discuss anything, why are you sharing three years later? When we completed your project you were quite pleased with the outcome. As promised earlier, I offered to reseal your patio free of charge, this was completed July 2, 2014 in time for you to enjoy your patio for the Independence Day Holiday."
