He and his crew performed the work in an exceptionally professional and timely fashion and somehow managed to keep everything remarkably neat and tidy during the process. The problem with the sliding door was serious enough to havethe entire frame replaced, but Alciati's Glass was able to repair the problem well enough that replacement was not necessary; this was a huge savings in money.
