Only suggestion is to not assume that the most energy efficient windows are wanted. We are selling our house and, as a result of the buyers' home inspection, we need to replace the glass in the windows because the seals are compromised and there is condensation between the glass panes. However, the only obligation is to replace the damaged glass windows with new glass of the same kind- not an upgrade with more energy efficient glass."
